I first heard of Chris and Eleven Ten Development a little over a year ago when I was speaking to one of the parents at my daughter’s school.  She told me that she was getting her kitchen remodeled so naturally I inquired about who was doing the work.  She gave me Chris’ information and the rest is history.

I contacted Eleven Ten and asked if we could schedule some time to discuss the project that I had in mind.  They came to the house and listened to my ideas and started writing everything down.  I told him about my hectic schedule and he was more than accommodating.  Chris and his designer brought samples to my home and started to bring my vision to life.  Chris sent me a quote, payment schedule, and work timeline and made sure that I was clear on everything.

Work started as planned and Chris was always present when his workers were on site.  During the process if I had any questions he would take the time to give me a full explanation.  They are hard workers and manage their projects from end-to-end which is great.  If there are any setbacks to the schedule they made sure this was communicated and communication is always key with any successful project.  After the project was complete, it looked better than I had imagined.  I was so pleased with their work ethic and the quality of the work that I am currently discussing plans for another project.

Chris is a great resource to know both professionally and personally.  I believe that Chris can handle just about any project given no matter how big or small.  He is a very effective communicator and leader and knows how to keep his team focused on the given task.  Chris has my highest recommendation for the contractor position.
