Founder

Eleven Ten Development was founded by Chris van Hartesveldt, a builder with a background in construction, material-intensive practice, and business operations. His experience spans residential renovation, adaptive reuse, and structurally complex projects requiring careful coordination and execution.

Chris’s approach is grounded in a simple principle: ideas must survive contact with reality. Projects are structured deliberately, costs are defined early, and execution is treated as a controlled process rather than an improvisation.
